I personally love how well you have the anatomy down of this pregnant (?) woman and her inards. The blood is also an interesting touch, what with the way you draw it, and I love how those tentacle like vessels lead back into the very detailed mouth of that creature. I'm also enjoying how you added such odd things into a picture that has somewhat morbid suggestions, such as the merry-go-round. It gives this picture a silly but innocent touch, like the little kid walking down one of those tentacle vessels, and the expressions are so blank but interesting in this.
I also love how you did this background!! It's so detailed and very meticulous, with all the different patterns. Your use of traditional media is so superb and very talented~
